12 TON Press Brake DIY Builder Kit

Press Brake kit comes unassembled, you do the final assembly and welding.
Designed to fit the Harbor Freight 12 ton hydraulic press Item # 33497
Press brake kit includes an adjustable back stop and side stop for accurate and repeatable bends.

Max. Bending Capacity 3/8" plate
Max Bending Width 13.85"
Total width of the brake is 16.375" wide

Tools required for assembly, welder, grinder, level, small square.

It Is capable of bending mild steel in the following length and thickness.

13.85" = Full bending width of the bottom die on anything 1/8" or thinner.
8" in 3/16"
6" in 1/4"
2.5" in 3/8"

Free shipping, how it this possible? We recently produced a new box that allows us to fit the 12 and 20 ton press brake kits into a large flat rate USPS shipping box.

We wrapped up the cost of shipping in the purchase price of the kit as our website shipping calculator has no idea how we can transport up to 56 lbs from Oregon to New York for $20.00. Upon check out please provide an address that USPS delivers too.

We now offer the press brake kits 100% fully welded ready to go right out of the box. This offer only applies to the continental united states as the welded assemblies no longer fit inside a flat rate USPS box and they will need to ship UPS ground. The additional shipping fees required are wrapped up in the product cost of the welded product.

	Well done Swag! Complete set up to get started bending. Take the time to fab correct make sure to level bottom die in press before weld out also center top die and level before weld out on slide pins to get a perfect bend. Bends 3in x 3/8 to a 90° no problem with 12 ton press. Made twice as much as I paid for it in the first job! Great job SWAG OFFROAD! I will definitely be shopping with you guys again!

	Shipment arrived only a few days after order was placed. Packaging was above my expectations and intact. The components were obviously manufactured with great pride and without shortcuts. The only negative was with the instructions. The instructions received were for the box style dies and a little vague but adequate. GREAT JOB Swag!!!

	Great little press break
	Great little press break I had picked up a hf 12 ton press as part of a trade a few years ago had only used it a handful of times. I bought this kit ma and have be 2 months use it for both home and work many times now. I work as a welder/fabricator and have my own shop at home I build my own stuff. For the price you cant beat it welds up super easy and works great I did 45 degree bends on 1/4 inch 5 1/2" wide yesterday it had no problem with it. Only complaint world be the nut it cam with for the back stop caught on the springs just grabed some skinnier jam nuts and it took care of the problem

	This kit was fun to assemble and very functional
	I've only been welding for about a year and it's just a hobby for me. Now that I have some equipment, I am always looking for projects around the house. The rack in my fireplace was just about gone so I decided to make another one but this time out of stainless steel. I saw a youtube video by Jody at welding tip and tricks where he assembled this kit and I thought hey, I can use that to bend the log rack. I ordered the kit. It came in very quickly was fun to build, and it worked like a charm. It bent the 1/2' stainless steel square bar beautifully. I definitely recommend this kit and I will be buying other kits from Swag Offroad in the future.
