Shipping:
All
orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. Orders placed
on Saturday-Sunday will be processed the next business day. Most orders
are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If we discover a delay in
your shipment, we will do our best to contact you. In most cases, if
a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on
backorder. Backorders will not be charged until your order is ready to
ship - except for orders paid through PayPal.com or Google Check Out. Payments
made through PayPal.com and or Google Check Out will be charged immediately. Swag Off Road has
no control over this.
All Shipping rates apply to
the United States (Lower 48 States) only. For Shipping outside this area
please contact us for proper shipping rates.

For
International Orders please email us the complete shipping address you
would like to get the item shipped to @ troy@swagoffroad.com. Be sure to include any special notes that are relevant for international shipping.
Returns:
Defective or Missing Items.
If
you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity,
please contact us immediately. All claims must be made within 5 days of
receipt.
Returns:
If
you are unsatisfied with your purchase and have your original receipt
or packing slip, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of the purchase.
All items must be unused & new condition and be in original
packaging complete with all parts & hardware to be eligible. All items will incur a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions.
Freight is non-refundable. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Open Box and Clearance Items
All sales are final on open box and clearance items. No refunds or exchanges can be given.
Warranty Items
If
you have a defective item that is currently under warranty, please
contact our customer service department at 541-915-2775 for assistance.

Hold Harmless Agreement:
In
purchasing a Swag Off Road Product I release, waive, discharge and
covenant not to sue Swag Off Road officers, servants, agents, or employees
(hereinafter referred to as Releases) from any and all liability,
claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out
of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may
be sustained by me (or anyone else), any property belonging to me (or anyone
else), whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise,
while working on, using or any activity related to this product.
I
am fully aware of risks and hazards connected with the use of a this
product and I elect to voluntarily engage in such use of this product knowing
that the use may be hazardous to me and my property. I voluntarily
assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal
injury, including death, that may be sustained by me (or anyone else),
or any loss or damage to property owned by me (or anyone else), as a result of using this product, whether caused by the negligence of releases or otherwise.
I
further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the releases from any
loss, liability, damage or costs, including court cost and attorney
fees, that they may incur due to my use of a this product,
whether caused by negligence of releases or otherwise. It is my express
intent that this Release
and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs assigns and personal representative,
if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge,
and covenant not to sue the above named . I further releases
agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall
be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon.
By
accepting this product, I acknowledge and represent that I have read
the above Waiver and Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand
it and accept it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral
presentations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing
written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of
age and fully competent; and I execute this Release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.
