Living in the San Francisco Bay area, I'm basically forced to take a budget approach to upgrading my Jeep. Therefore, lots of times I have to go with the "off brand". After much research, you can find an off brand item that's actually better than the popular name brand stuff for a smaller price. So in my many dealings with the not-so-well-known, smaller companies (sometimes just one guy operating out of his house) I've found you sacrifice good quality, customer service and general professionalism for price. In other words, you get what you pay for. There are exceptions to this rule, but it's been generally the case in my experience. That being said, I went into purchasing your tailgate conversion with skepticism. Well I'm happy to tell you that Swag Off-Road is, in fact, the exception to this rule. The installation went well, and it seems you thought of everything. I'm very happy with the product. I wanted to thank you for making such a unique (and very cool) product and taking time to design it professionally with quality, as well as supply very thorough instructions.... including color pictures (some guys don't supply any instructions at all!), all at a dirt cheap price.
