SWAG V4.0 Portaband Table

Here at SWAG our Portaband tables are built for individuals looking for quality, 100% American made tools at an affordable price. Designed for those working with limited space and or those looking to maximize the full potential of their hand held band saws.

Product evolution and expansion has led us to SWAG Portaband table V4.0. The SWAG V4.0 features built in dual miter gauge slides, 1/8" thick bolt on steel legs to greatly reduce shipping cost, Fixed center section and an improved blade slot with narrower window to reduce potential blade binding. The SWAG V4.0 is compatible with Milwaukee model #'s 6232-20, 6232-21, 6238-20 and 6238-21 deep throat Portaband tables only.

To convert your saw into a vertical band saw installation could not be any easier, slide the adjustable foot guard to the furthest forward position then insert the saw into the stand and tighten the provided red thumb knob, that's it. You now have a saw that performs two functions, a portable band saw and a vertical band saw that does not require any tools to switch between the two functions.

Our V4.0 table is cut on a CNC laser out of 1/4" thick steel plate, formed on a CNC press brake and weighs in at ~ 20 pounds for ultimate durability. The table dimensions are 9.75 tall, 11" deep & 13.5" wide. With the saw installed the overall dimensions are ~22" tall, 18" deep & 13.5" wide.

This kit contains all the necessary hardware to attach the Milwaukee deep throat Portaband saw on the SWAG V4.0 Portaband table.

Fits the following models.

Milwaukee 6232-20, 6232-21, 6238-20 & 6238-21 saws only.

120V 15 Amp Power Maintained Foot Switch

Imagine how easy your job is going to be using the foot pedal to start and stop your SWAG Portaband table. Plug your Portaband power chord into the 15 amp outlet on the foot pedal. Plug the foot pedal chord into a 110 volt outlet. Press the pedal to start the saw, then press again to turn off.

INCRA V27 Miter Gauge Assembly

We save you the hassle and run around of trying to find a miter gauge assembly that is compatible with your SWAG Portaband table. The INCRA V27 miter gauge is design & manufactured in the USA, and build to last as long as our tables. The V27 features four adjustable expansion joints to eliminate any side play and provides super smooth drag free motion along the miter track. The V27 also features their AngleLOCK indexing for quick tool free angle adjustment.

	One of my best tools!
	I've always wanted a metal cutting bandsaw but I have limited space in my garage and the large table models are very expensive. I came across the SWAG site via a internet search and found the Portaband Table. I fabricate lots of small parts for motorcycles and this is the perfect size. When I'm not using it I can break it down and store away and it easily transports to the track. My Portband also server double-duty as I can still use it without the table. This is probably one of the best "tools" i have in the shop.

	Porta-Band Table
	When I first became acquainted with the porta-band saw I saw them as a very limited use piece of equipment. After visiting the Swag Offroad site I noticed the porta-band table and became intrigued. I searched YouTube and found several videos. I went ahead and pulled the trigger and purchased a porta-band saw and table. All I can say is WOW, what a multi-use tool this table makes out of a Milwaukee Deep Cut Porta-Band Saw. I used to on a small project the other day and it made short work out of cutting 1/2" X 2" bar stock. I made numerous intricate cuts and the saw sliced through metal like a hot knife through butter. My only regret is waiting so long to get the Swag Offroad Porta-band table and the Milwaukee Deep Cut Porta-band saw combo.

	Great product
	The tolerances and buold quality of this table is great. Ten tpi blade rips through 2x2x0.125 aluminum stock. Blade is 90 degrees each which way. Get the Incra guage... You can c clamp stock to it to hold it in place

	If you are thinking of buying this item, just go ahead and do it, you will not be disappointed. A very well made and thought out piece. I got the painted option and am glad I did. You won't miss the extra $20 and it looks great. Now I am going to buy the brake for the 20ton press.
