Harbor Freight Tubing Roller Dies

When you purchase the Harbor Freight Tubing roller it comes with three roller die sets, 1.0" 1.5" and 2.0" round tube dies, this however, Is where we come into play.

As it currently stands we have 35 different sizes of dies available. We stock round tube dies, square dies, round pipe dies as well as a universal edge roller dies set for rolling flat bar on edge, angle iron dies and dies for rolling square on edge in a diamond shape.

Each die set is 100% CNC machined out of 1018 steel for a precise fit. Every die set includes two outer driven rollers, one center drive roller and a premium replacement drive axle machined out of 4130 cromoly steel. If you purchase just the center drive roller only, no drive axle will be included with your order. The drive axle can be purchased separately.

The drive axles as well as the center drive rollers are now broached and keyed. Using the a key way will eliminate the hassle of constantly tightening the set screws and trying to keep the "wobble" out of the center drive roller.

The drive axle has 4 machined flats for the crank wheel which increases the grip and reduces premature wear.

Have you exploded the bearing that came with your tubing roller or are you constantly changing die sizes from project to project and tired of swapping the (4) roller bearings on the outer driven rollers from die set to die set? We now offer factory direct replacements, a set of (4) for just $12.00.

Delrin dies what is that all about? Delrin is very hard plastic produced by the Dupont company that is well suited for soft or polished materials as it will provide superior scratch resistance. These dies are internally keyed just like the steel dies.

Not sure of the difference between pipe and tube, simply put tube is measured from the outside diameter, and pipe is measured on the inside diameter of the part. For example: 1-1/2" pipe will have an OD of 1.90", where as the 1-1/2" tubing will have an actual OD of 1-1/2" See attached pipe size table below.

Our handrail top cap die fits the material shown below ~ 1.75" wide ~ .50" tall, either bell up or bell down profile can be bent on the same die set.

	Universal Angle Dies for Aluminum need plastic spacers in order to work properly. The die gap is about 3/8 of an inch. So if you want to bend 1/8" thick AL Angle, the best thing to do is place TWO pieces of angle in the die at the same time with a piece of 1/8" thick UHMW plastic strip in between the two, thus removing any slack in the die. Use vegetable oil to lube the dies and you won't stink up your hands. Don't bother using the dies on anything thinner. I tried 1/16th AL angle and even with spacers, the inside edge looked like corrugated cardboard, just too much compression on the thin leg for it to work. Works fine on 1/8" AL and thicker.

	Tubing roller dies
	These dies are the second thing I've ordered from swag, and they don't disappoint. They're products have proven to be well thought out and produced for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend.

	Universal Round Tube Dies .50, 375, 3125, 250
	These dies work great, I have been using them on 3/8" CRS making 26" circles. Everything fits well and is a well made set of dies. Besides that, SWAG's customer service is fantastic. When you call them, Troy actually calls you back. Almost unheard of in today's era of recorded messages and CSR's in foreign countries. I would not hesitate to buy another set of SWAG dies.
