Shipping:
Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If we discover a delay in your shipment, we will do our best to contact you. In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on backorder. Backordered products can still be purchased, and will ship out once stock has been replenished.
"Free Shipping" only applies to customers in the continental US but many of the items labeled as such will also ship for free to Alaska and Hawaii. Items that will be shipped outside the lower 48 states will be charged additional shipping fees if the item you are purchasing does not fit inside a flat rate USPS box. In order to check the shipping costs, add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. There is a shipping estimate available before you proceed with the order. The "Estimated Shipping Calculator" in the cart is not necessarily the accurate shipping cost but it should be very close, (usually within a couple dollars.)

We are happy to ship almost anywhere in the world for our international customers. Due to current world events, we are unable to ship via USPS to some nations. Please be aware that, if you live in one of these countries, you must select UPS or FedEx shipping options at checkout.
We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your package has been stolen, please contact your local police department and promptly file a report. If you live or work in an area known for package theft, please contact us and we can arrange shipping to a safer location or add a signature requirement to your purchase, ensuring that it is delivered directly to you.
Please note that all international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and fees based on the shipping carrier and the destination country. Swag Off Road has no control over this and these additional fees will be charged to the customer upon the order making it to the destination nation's customs.
If you opt to ship to a freight forwarding company or some other form of package pickup service, SWAG Off Road can not be held liable for damages or issues that may arise after the item has been delivered to the provided delivery address.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Please be aware that brokerage fees can be incredibly high if you opt for UPS shipping. We advise you utilize USPS in order to avoid this additional charge. Please note that not all items can be shipped via USPS so UPS must be used in some instances.
Shipping Delays:
Most of our items are quite heavy, as a result, it is not uncommon for them to be a few days slower than average ground delivery times. For expedited shipping, please contact us via email or phone.
Packages Not Delivered After 15 Days
If your package has not been delivered 15 days after you received a shipping notification, please reach out to us via email at sales@swagoffroad.com. USPS policy dictates that we can not file a claim on a delayed package until the 15 day mark. After that, we would be more than happy to file a claim on your behalf.
Packages Not Delivered After 30 Days
If your package has not been delivered within 30 days from the date of shipment, we will gladly issue a full refund or send a complete replacement at no additional cost.
What If My Package Arrives After a Refund or Replacement?
Lost packages are very rare, and most delayed shipments eventually get delivered. If you receive your original package after we have already issued a refund or replacement, please let us know, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label to send the extra item back.

Returns:
Defective or Missing Items.
If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please contact us immediately. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. In the off chance that your package is lost by the carrier, please let us know and we will ship out a full replacement after 30 days from the date of original shipment. Please let us know within 60 days from the order being placed.
Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and have your original receipt or packing slip, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of the purchase. All items must be unused & new condition and be in original packaging complete with all parts & hardware to be eligible. All items will incur a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions. Freight is non-refundable. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Open Box and Clearance Items
All sales are final on open box and clearance items. No refunds or exchanges can be given.
Warranty Items

Powder Coating
Due to the intended use the powder coat finish is warranted for ninety (90) days. The finish warranty will not cover a product if it has been damaged in any way. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement. Swag Off Road does not offer any type of labor or shipping allowance and all warranty claims are subject to inspection by Swag Off Road.
Exchanges
We are more than happy to exchange any product that is new and unused. Please contact us at sales@swagoffroad.com to request the exchange. Shipping costs both ways for the exchange are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.
Hold Harmless Agreement:
In purchasing a Swag Off Road Product I release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Swag Off Road officers, servants, agents, or employees (hereinafter referred to as Releases) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me (or anyone else), any property belonging to me (or anyone else), whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise, while working on, using or any activity related to this product.
I am fully aware of risks and hazards connected with the use of a this product and I elect to voluntarily engage in such use of this product knowing that the use may be hazardous to me and my property. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me (or anyone else), or any loss or damage to property owned by me (or anyone else), as a result of using this product, whether caused by the negligence of releases or otherwise.
I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the releases from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court cost and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my use of a this product, whether caused by negligence of releases or otherwise. It is my express intent that this Release
and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge, and covenant not to sue the above named . I further releases agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon.
By accepting this product, I acknowledge and represent that I have read the above Waiver and Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand it and accept it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral presentations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and I execute this Release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.
