Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If we discover a delay in your shipment, we will do our best to contact you. In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on backorder. Backordered products can still be purchased, and will ship out once stock has been replenished.
All Shipping rates apply to the United States (Lower 48 States) only. For Shipping outside this area please contact us for proper shipping rates. Items that will be shipped outside the lower 48 states will be charged additional shipping fees if the item you are purchasing does not fit inside a flat rate USPS box.
We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your package has been stolen, please contact your local police department and promptly file a report. If you live or work in an area known for package theft, please contact us and we can arrange shipping to a safer location or add a signature requirement to your purchase, ensuring that it is delivered directly to you.

For International Orders please email us the complete shipping address you would like to get the item shipped to @ sales@swagoffroad.com. Be sure to include any special notes that are relevant for international shipping.
