The Shaft of every Tube Notcher is one of the most crucial components. Our new shaft features custom-made arbors machined from 17-4 stainless steel, heat-treated for maximum strength and longevity. Designed with a large-thread connection, these arbors are easy to remove from the shaft, no matter how long you’ve been running your drill. This ensures quick tool changes and minimizes downtime in your fabrication projects. 

The PRO Shaft is machined from robust 4140 Chromoly construction for the shaft itself, providing superior toughness and performance. With the arbor securely screwed into the shaft’s end, you can rest assured that the hole saw remains perfectly concentric, eliminating wobble during cutting for smoother, more accurate notches every time.
