Press brake kit comes un-assembled, you do the final assembly and welding.

Constructed out of high strength 3/8" steel with a 1.0" x 4.0" thick top die and 3.0" wide bottom die. The kit is shipped with fingers in the following sizes, 1", 2", 3", 4", 9.5", 11.8" & 17.7" long dies.
The top die is machined out of massive 2"x3" solid block of 4140 chromoly steel to help handle the increased bending width compared to our 40" press brake kit.
This 50" finger press brake kit will bend steel up to 49" wide and is designed to fit in hydraulic presses that are at least 52" wide between the vertical beams, however it can easily be cut down or modified to accommodate smaller presses.
Note: the max bending width and thicknesses are determined upon your hydraulic press and thus actual numbers are dependent upon your press. But with ample tonnage and proper support, this brake will bend up to 1/4" of A-36 steel full width. We recommend 60 tons; (3) 20 ton jacks spaced evenly works great.

Very quick shipping. The assembly was very straightforward and easy. I have used it a few times and it works well. Might need a few tweeks here and there but am very happy. Also purchased three of the jack release handles. They also work well and are a good improvement.
While more expensive than Swags other offerings this kit really presents brilliant value for the small fab shop. 50 gives you that extra capacity which usually comes at a much steeper price. Quality of workmanship is great and the whole kit is easy to setup as long as you know how to weld!
I am extremely pleased with this tool. I built my own H Frame to accommodate the brake and use 3 20 ton HF Air Jacks to do the bending. It'll bend 1/4 plate all day long.
