Recently bought the Hulk Tubing roller for electrical project on the farm. Needed to roll large radius using 0.750" and 1.00" EMT conduit dies. Products are very well made. The digital micrometer for positioning is awesome!! Found that we could replicate our bends perfectly using this functionality. First conduit had the target radius plus some unwanted camber. Thought it might be alignment problem of the non-driven wheels, which turned out to be precisely aligned. Thought on it a moment and studied the EMT conduit. The rolled seam of the EMT was on the side for the first stick, which caused the camber. Every other stick of conduit we marked the seam and put it upwards, towards the driven roller. Never had another piece that cambered. Lessen learned.
